Welcome to the Bunyan platform for recycling and managing assistive devices. By using the platform, creating an account, or benefiting from its services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- Platform: The Bunyan platform for recycling and managing assistive devices.
- User: Any person using the platform, whether a visitor, donor, beneficiary, or representative of a partner entity.
- Donor: The person or entity providing an assistive device to the platform.
- Beneficiary: The person applying to receive an assistive device.
- Assistive Device: Any device or assistive aid received or provided by the platform according to its policies.
Second: Eligibility of Use
To use the platform, the following is required:
- The user must be legally eligible to enter into agreements.
- Provide correct, accurate, and up-to-date information.
- Update data upon any changes.
- Do not impersonate any individual or entity.
- Comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Third: Account Creation
When creating an account on the platform, the user is committed to the following:
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Do not share the account with anyone else.
- Bear full responsibility for all activities occurring through the account.
- Notify the platform immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized use.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account upon violation of these conditions.
Fourth: Platform Services
The Bunyan platform provides services including:
- Receiving donations of assistive devices.
- Receiving requests for assistive devices.
- Evaluating and inspecting devices.
- Rehabilitation and maintenance.
- Managing distribution and delivery processes.
- Providing support and follow-up services for beneficiaries.
Any service may be added, modified, or suspended as the platform deems appropriate.
Fifth: Device Donation
- Must be the legal owner of the device or authorized to donate it.
- Provide accurate information about the device's condition.
- Disclose any existing faults or damages.
- Cooperate with the platform team during the collection process.
- Accept or reject any device.
- Assess the device's condition.
- Rehabilitate or recycle the device.
- Dispose of unusable devices in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.
Sixth: Device Requests
The beneficiary acknowledges the following:
- The accuracy of all provided data and documents.
- Using the device only for its intended purposes.
- Not selling, renting, or disposing of the device in violation of the platform's terms.
- Cooperating with the platform when additional data is requested.
Submitting a request does not guarantee receiving a device, as this is subject to device availability and eligibility criteria.
Seventh and Eighth: Inspection, Evaluation, and Intellectual Property
All received devices are subject to:
- Technical inspection.
- Sterilization and cleaning.
- Maintenance when needed.
- Quality and safety testing.
The platform has the right to reject any device that does not meet safety or quality standards.
All rights related to the platform, including (trade name, visual identity, logos, designs, texts, images, and software), are owned by the Bunyan platform or its respective owners, and may not be used, copied, or republished without prior written consent.
Ninth and Tenth: Use, Suspension, or Termination of Account
The user agrees not to:
- Provide incorrect data.
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Upload malicious files or viruses.
- Abuse any user, employee, or partner entity.
- Use the platform in violation of laws or public morals.
The platform may suspend or cancel an account in the following cases:
- Violation of these terms.
- Providing misleading information.
- Misuse of the platform's services.
- Attempting fraud or manipulation.
- Any use that may harm the platform or its users.
Eleventh: Limitation of Liability
The Bunyan platform makes reasonable efforts to provide its services efficiently, but it does not guarantee:
- The availability of all requested devices at all times.
- Fulfillment of all benefit requests.
- Uninterrupted service continuity due to maintenance or circumstances beyond control.
The platform bears no liability for damages resulting from using the platform in violation of these terms or due to incorrect information provided by the user.
General Provisions (Data, Amendments, and Applicable Law)
Personal data is processed in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy, and in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Bunyan platform reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amendment becomes effective from the date of its publication on the platform, and the user's continued use of the platform after the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance.
The platform may suspend or terminate some or all services when necessary, whether for operational, regulatory, or legal reasons, taking appropriate measures to notify users whenever possible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute related to the use of the platform shall be resolved by the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
